On Exhibit #1 2015-2016 Reception

On Exhibit #1:  2015-2016  featuring art work by Austin Brady, Robert Hardt, Linda Lyons. This runs from November 6 to December 18, 2015.  The Reception will be held on Friday, December 4, 2015, from 7 – 9 p.m.   This is the first of the annual “On Exhibit” series which features artists who live and work within a 50 mile radius of the Colfax Campus Gallery.

Home Ownership Education is an important component of being ready to own your own home. Taught by Homeownership Director, Stephanie Ball this course will cover: Assessing Readiness to Buy, Shopping for a Home, Avoiding Predatory Lending, Financing a Home, Budgeting and Credit, Maintaining a Home and Foreclosure Prevention. 2015 HomeBuyer Education Schedule – Classes from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. All classes held at 803 Lincolnway West South Bend, IN 46616 (northwest corner of Lincolnway & Cushing, two story red brick building with green awnings).

Women’s Caucus for Arts Exhibit

The Women’s Caucus for Arts show will be available for viewing at the Colfax Gallery from September 18 – October 30th. The reception will be held on Friday, October 2nd from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.

On Friday, November 1st from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Fifth Third’s e-bus tour will offer free one-on-one personalized counseling including advice about savings and budgeting, home buying and borrowing, understanding credit and protecting families from identity theft. Since 2004, Fifth Third’s eBuses have travelled across the country to help meet the financial needs of underserved populations. The eBus is 40-foot long and equipped with computer workstations  and is staffed with local Fifth Third Bank community development managers, mortgage professionals and retail bankers.
