Fifth Third E-Bus Brings Job Search Tools
On Friday, November 1st from 9:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Fifth Third’s e-bus tour will offer free one-on-one personalized counseling including advice about savings and budgeting, home buying and borrowing, understanding credit and protecting families from identity theft.
Since 2004, Fifth Third’s eBuses have travelled across the country to help meet the financial needs of underserved populations. The eBus is 40-foot long and equipped with computer workstations and is staffed with local Fifth Third Bank community development managers, mortgage professionals and retail bankers.
Fifth Third has partnered with over 925 non-profit and government agencies to serve a diverse population of more than 3.5 million people. Through its eBus initiative, the Bank has better equipped consumers with the skills and tools they need to make informed decisions that contribute to their financial well-being and fulfill their dreams.
Friday, November 1, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.: Fifth Third Bank, South Bend Heritage, Robinson Community Learning Center and The Salvation Army Kroc Center will host the bank’s mobile e-Bus at the KROC Center, 900 Western Avenue, South Bend, Ind. Here, guests can partake in counseling on homeownership, foreclosure prevention, credit repair and more.
For the first time in South Bend, the bank will offer access to its popular initiative, “Next Job,” to any interested residents seeking help with résumés, cover letters, interviews, networking and other related topics.
